Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers

Duraset concrete sleepers are manufactured with 60MPa concrete, reinforced with high tensile prestress wires, enabling the sleeper to perform even under the most adverse railtrack conditions. Cast-in shoulders ensure consistent, accurate track gauge and the gauge widening facility reduces wear on wheels and rails. Incorporating a unique rail fastening system, Duraset concrete sleepers offer a complete, flexible and easy to install solution to the vigour of underground rail track.

Flolok® Drain Channel

The Flolok® fibre reinforced drain channel combines strength and flexibility in a product designed to resist breakages during handling, transport and installation, whilst withstanding underground footwall pressure. Impact, heat, fire and rodent resistant, the Flolok® is leak proof with an interlocking lip for easy installation, even on curves.
